1. Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
1.1 Zero Tolerance Policy
Skult maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any content, behavior, or activity that involves, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
1.2 Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Skult:
- Any content depicting, describing, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming behaviors or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
- Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes
- Sharing, distributing, or creating content that sexualizes minors
- Any form of child exploitation or trafficking
- Content that normalizes or encourages child sexual abuse
1.3 Age Verification and Protection
Skult implements age verification measures to protect minors on our platform. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and we have additional protections in place for users under 18 years of age. We actively monitor and restrict interactions between adults and minors to prevent exploitation.
1.4 Content Moderation
We employ a combination of automated systems and human moderators to detect and remove content that violates our child safety policies. All reported content is reviewed promptly, and suspected CSAM is immediately removed and reported to relevant authorities.
1.5 Reporting Mechanisms
Skult provides multiple, easily accessible reporting mechanisms within the app for users to report child safety concerns, including:
- In-app reporting tools available on all content and user profiles
- Dedicated reporting form for child safety concerns
- Direct contact with our safety team via email

2. Legal Compliance and Reporting
2.1 Compliance with Laws
Skult complies with all relevant child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- International laws prohibiting child sexual abuse material
- National laws in Zambia and other jurisdictions where we operate
- Regional regulations and directives
- Platform-specific requirements from app stores and service providers
2.2 Reporting to Authorities
Skult reports all suspected child sexual abuse material and related activities to relevant regional and national authorities, including:
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and equivalent organizations
- Local law enforcement agencies
- International law enforcement networks (INTERPOL, etc.)
- Relevant child protection agencies

2.3 Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations related to child safety. We preserve relevant data and provide information as required by legal processes and court orders.

3.1 Technology Solutions
- Automated content scanning using industry-standard tools
- PhotoDNA and similar hash-matching technologies to detect known CSAM
- Machine learning models to identify suspicious behavior patterns

3.3 Community Guidelines
Our Community Guidelines clearly outline acceptable behavior and the consequences of violating child safety policies. All users must agree to these guidelines when creating an account.
4. Response Procedures
4.1 Immediate Actions
When child safety concerns are identified:
- Content is immediately removed from the platform
- User accounts are suspended pending investigation
- Relevant data is preserved for law enforcement
- Authorities are notified within required timeframes
- Victims are provided with support resources when applicable
4.2 Investigation Process
All reports are investigated by our dedicated safety team. We work closely with law enforcement and child protection organizations to ensure appropriate action is taken.
